CANCELLING ORDER :
You would need to cancel your order within 2 (two) hours.
SHIPPING :
* Purrfectly Abnormal Wear ships within 3 business days.
I will combine shipping cost when it is possible and safe for the items to be shipped that way.
* Any over shipping cost will be refunded to you.
* Purrfectly Abnormal Wear cannot be held responsible for how long it takes the carrier to get the items to you, due to their facilities, weather or any thing beyond my control.
DAMAGED ITEMS :
Take pictures of the package before and after opening it, showing all the damages. Please keep all the packaging. We will work together to get the damage claim from the carrier.
